Bull Durham Apartments

This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in any apartments. The "charming exposed brick walls" crumble and make a mess; the exposed pipes leak into the living room; the windows are not sealed and let in the cold to the point that the apartment cannot be kept warm in winter. There is no sound dampening between apartments, so you hear every word. Bugs get in very easily. Many mornings, I found homeless people camped out in the entryway, making it unsafe for people whose doors open into that area. You cannot leave anything in your car or it will be broken into. The entire building smells horrible, to the point that I'm burning through 3 air fresheners per month.

Great place to live! Ive been here a little over six months and havent had any issues that werent tended to the next day! Building is always clean and other residents are friendly and welcoming to the building

We have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been my favorite place to live! Cozy, spacious apartments, and a wonderful staff.

Ive lived in this place for a year now & I have to say this place is amazing. Its a wonderful clean apartment. Maintenance is always here to fix things. I love Lori and Peter and how informative they are & every time I reach out, they always give me peace of mind. I definitely plan to be here for some time. I found this place just randomly on Zillow one day & I thought it was too good to be true for the price and quality apartment, but its definitely true! Im so glad I decided to make this place a home for my kids and me. We love it so much !

I have lived here almost 8 years. I absolutely love my apartment. It has a family oriented, neighborhood like environment. Ive made many friends here. Peter, Lori and the maintenance guys, especially Luis, are friendly and accommodating and are quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this building!
