I live at Regency Lakeside and so far we are beyond pleased. Maintenance has been quick to respond. I wish there was a way to see if negatives are really tenants, some of the fussing seems off!

There is a reason for these low ratings and Im glad I found out before I move into the complex. I am an out of town person looking to rent in Omaha I studied the website and loved the idea of an apartment on the lake! However, when I called with a few questions I was never able to speak with the local manager. Every time I called or left a message it went to the central office of the parent management company who were not able to answer my seeking simply questions, where is the garage for the two units I was interested in, is there a fireplace in one of the units, do they both face the lake? Questions the central office was not able to answer. I sent emails asking for a phone call I asked the central office to have the local manager call me which they were not at all assure what happened because they too didnt call they only could send emails to the local management company. Crazy, absolutely crazy after several days of trying. I simply gave up understanding that this was not a place that I wanted to live. These were not people that I wanted to try to communicate with any longer.

I 'm very happy with the work that was done. The professional maintenance is done well most of the time. The people are also very friendly and very accommodating.
