        Midlands maintenance Went above and beyond to fix my furnace that went out in the middle of the night during the snowstorm, 1/12/2024 they Were at my house 3/4 to an hour after I called them. Great service and friendly people! Definitely will call them again! Reasonable rate without draining my whole savings account! Thanks again, Bill.

        Mike went above and beyond to help me when my heat went down during off hours. Lane arrived promptly the next day and took care of the issue in no time. I will be calling Midlands Maintenance from here on out for anything HVAC.

        Mike and his crew took care of my moms furnace and ac, and my furnace. He and his staff came in and did an excellent job. His employee Lane even fixed the last guys mistakes. They came out quick, didnt make a lot of noise, and had the best prices I could find. I highly recommend them. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, Heating system repair
