Run, dont walk away from this service. Replaced a valve for new tub hardware less than four years ago. Began to leak. Called and they came right away. However, claimed it took two weeks to get new part. Took two weeks to come out and fix. Never caulked the hardware after taking it off and replacing. Had to go out and buy caulk. Still charged me over four hundred dollars. Hoping the valve lasts more than four years. SMH. Shame because we choose to live in a rural area we are prisoners to sub par workmanship.

The service was excellent, but I have been trying to pay my bill for over two weeks now and have not been able to get them on the phone to pay, now my bill is very late and I am still trying to get it paid for no fault of my own. I got the dad to call back once, but the son never called to get my card information as the dad doesnt have a way to take credit card payments. (More than willing to change to a 5 star once I can finally get my bill paid). Services: Sewer cleaning, Toilet installation
