McDonald's

Stayed in a motel near to this location in late April to early May. I went to order a burger after work one night, and noticed that none of the staff was wearing hair restraints. Not a hat or hair net to be seen. Sure enough, when i got back to my motel room, in the first bite of my burger was a long dark hair. No way it could have been mine, as I am of the cue ball variety. I returned to the restaurant where I was offered a refund. I was starving, so I asked for a new sandwich, which they obliged. I found another hair in that one. Ogallala McDonald's: get some hats, and enforce the rules.

the restaurant bathrooms are filthy. didn't fancy any food after seeing the state of this mcdonalds.

My chicken sandwich was frozen inside also ice cream machine is broken from 1 month the Franchise dont have time to fix it. This is the busiest McDonalds on 80. Its summer time guys wake up you dont have staff also kids and people wants ice creams wake up look at your services.

After stopping at Fat Dogs (please refer to my review of that), I took a risk with a small town McDonalds. I was pleasantly surprised to find one of my favorite Maccy Dons experiences. Pictured is the view from a booth, and some merch they had, love it!

We stopp by this location for two cup of hot chocolate while waitting our tesla being charged. The minute we walked in, I feel unfriendly atmosphere in this place. we ordered two cup of hot chocolate, one with whipped cream, one without.We had to wait for 15-20 mins for them. This is fine because they said they need to rerun the machine. But during the waitting, all of them standing their chatting and no one come us to give any attendance. When the hot chocolate ready, they simply put them on the table. I asked them if they have cupholder as the cups are really hot.. they said no.. when I ask if they have napkin, she bring me two piece of napkin.This is fine as well. But when we come back to the car. We found they give us only 80% full, we ordered one with whipped cream, they did not give us the whipped cream. Additionally, the hot chocolate is very dilute, taste like water with sugar. The only thing is it is hot.really hot.
