He does not listen to the customer he does not even try to complete what he said he would do on his end whenever it is understood that automatic withdrawal from my bank account would’ve happened so I would keep my insurance in good standing always never happens. He is friendly and helpful At the beginning of service the first fails to through with his end of the bargain. Always smiling and willing to help But never completing I suppose it where is the necessary paperwork for people not to lose their insurance and have to pay these ridiculous overage charges from the bank or late fees from shelter insurance group. .
