        Trash business! Never got my son class composite that I ordered! They never issued me a refund either.

        They are horrible never got my sons pictures in the fall nor did i get a refund i called and got no were and picture day is today never got any order form for pictures today for spring pictures called the school they stated that they only got 20 order forms that I am to write on a piece of paper that I wanted pictutres and the package I want to know how do you know what package you want if you don't have a order form Life Touch is much better I have never had a problem with them when my daughters were in school and they are adult now.

      Class composites are designed after retake day and goes through a proofing process with the schools before they are printed and delivered to the school for distribution. Please call our support line at 402-844-0004 if you need help or have further questions or you need a refund.

      Good Morning Jennifer, I am not sure why the school told you that they only got 20 flyers. We had printed and delivered over 200 (what the school requested for Spring Portraits). As for not receiving your fall portraits I do apologize that you did not receive them but I am not showing a record that we were contacted via our support email in regards to this matter - unfortunately we can't check our phone system but regardless we are always willing to help parents. If you call us at 402-844-0004 (Our support number - we can issue a refund).
