        Showed up 2 in line, wait time of 11 minutes and waited over 45 minutes. I ended up walking out after about an hour and was very disappointed. One lady was busy while the other had time to have a coffee and a few cigarettes and go out to her car

        My boyfriend has had to go back twice now to have his haircut fixed. The staff isn't very friendly. Seemed to be they just want people in and out as quickly as possible and don't take the time to do a quality cut.
