        We waited pry 2 months for am official answer, got a quote after I called and asked for it. Told by theiney guy maybe manager or owner if the Norfolk One they'd call me back never did. We finally got ok from the city they'd take the insulation at our town dump (it had bat stuff in it). So we did it ourselves lots if work but cheaper than 5,000.00.

        We had a house fire at the beginning of December. They have been doing the gut work of the house we live in. We have no power and they would unplug my power strip running my refrigerator and my deep freeze and leave it unplugged. They have left my door wide open and my windows wide open.
