Was shorted two hand washing bottles in my bag. I did not notice until I went to pack them away a couple days later. I went back to explain and showed my receipt and explained how the clerk tried to fit the bottles in one bag and they did not fit in the first bag. The clerk moved them to a larger bag and must have missed two. Today the clerk listening to me explain the situation said she would be back and walked away and went into an office. It must have been the manager in the office I assume. The clerk returned and told me I would need to call the toll free number of the company. The manager never came out of office. No one said I am sorry. Told me to call toll free number of the company. Just no friendly service at all. No customer service. Poor manager if they could not bother to come out of the office.
