        Pay your account on time every month NEVER miss a payment do you know how they reward you!!!! They lower your credit limit. Yup they get your money every month, never skip a beat, the take it automatically out of your account. Been with them for years, and the lower your credit limit. ALL THESE LOSER sham banks.they lower your limit, reducing your credit availability increases your utilization and decreases your score. Discover, Citi, Wells Fargo and now FNBO they all running scared because the economy is at the beginning of a collapse and THEY are making it worse by screwing people. Cant wait to see how many of these scammers end up out of business!!!

        Worst bank rude and no empathy. Tried opening an account with them but couldnt proceed because they put ridiculous obstacles in the way. Not only that I was laughed at and made fun of by one of the tellers. Tried to get manager involved didnt do much the worker kept on embarrassing me. Sad I hope you change your staff worst customer service. When I got a hold of customer service I was redirected to the norfolk office to the same staff. Will close my account due to these unnecessary problems. The saddest part is I wouldnt be treated this way if I was white. I do not recommend getting an account with them
