        When my vehicle was repaired at A&J, a small wire may have been bumped by the mechanics causing a starting issue. A&J had me bring the car in again and did the $100+ repairs free of charge. They did a great job taking care of the issue.

        I paid over 1k for my vehicle to not even work and was told the piece I bought has no warranty. I am unsatisfied with the business I received here. And by the way we did call right away after leaving the shop! Maybe if the vehicle was fixed correctly the first time I wouldnt even have to leave a review. This is my honest review whether you like it or not. Thank you so much!!!

        Great customer service. Fair prices. Professional. Helpful. I really appreciate that he took the time to answer all my questions. Both times I've take my car here the issue was addressed and fixed in the same day. I'll definitely come back here for any future issues.

      So we worked on your vehicle on 12/12/22. Then today you call and say it's not working. I inform you that it had a 1 year warranty as stated on your invoice and you want to leave bad reviews and talk bad about our business. Thank you so much!

      We made it very clear when the appointment was set that each concern had a diagnostic fee. They agreed and had 4 items they wanted diagnosed. We spent 6 hours diagnosing your vehicle and was able to fix 1 concern and diagnosed 2 or the other 3 concerns. So we charged 3 diagnostics fees of $69.99. We did not charge for the 1 diagnostic we had been working on but got cut short as you wanted to take your vehicle. Our pricing is the same for all customers.
