CHI Health Clinic Women's Health (70th and A)

This clinic is so much better than Bryan. I went to Bryan for my first child and will never look back! I was treated as a number and the doctor rushed through all my appointments. I also had a bad experience regarding a HIPPA violation with Bryan Hospital during the delivery. I've trusted this clinic with the prenatal care and deliveries of my 2 younger children. Dr. Klayum, Dr. Baum, and Dr. Quick Bear are all amazing and seem to truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend any of them! Dr. Klayum did an amazing job with my C-section with my youngest and majority of my prenatal care with my 2 youngests. :)

I was completely not listened to and put on the wrong medication. As a result have been on my period for a month. I am not happy with the service I received.

I got a preventative exam in September. They did not run my bill through insurance and now they want 250.00. I hate thier billing office is offshore and you can't talk to office personnel about issues. This company is falling apart.

Once Dr Hall left, my primary replacement Dr experience progressively got worse by the visit. The front desk always tried to be kind and helpful, but after having my Dr changed on me just month before my due date, an awful labor and deliver experience, lack of action, being canceled on last minute, feeling like a just a number, I requested copies of all of my medical records and switched Dr's. You Can only give a benefit of the doubt so long.

I been treated like a number with front desk employees and also the nurse. I dont feel very comfortable here. But the doctor was nice but staff wise not so friendly they get back to you late.
