        Why cant I check out my own items? They have one person working the front and a LINE of people waiting in line with only ONE open register because they have to scan items now. What the F is that. So I had to wait 20 minutes to get 2 pairs or socks and a water scanned. Then they ask you if youre paying cash or card, pressed the button and asked for my card. Excuse me? NO I can do it myself. If you dont want people doing self check out then take the machines out and put in a regular associate check out lane. Ridiculous

        So please tell me when 5 below started coming up to check you out... walked around today with my nephew and my son to find some crafts and snacks today for spring break... so she refused to let me check out without ringing up my things..at first I was like wow this is nice as there registers usually are sensitive and double ring my things. Then I noticed I was the only person getting this treatment... so you let Teo other people around you with multiple staff in the store check out without help..hmmm.... so is this a race thing... wow!!!!!!

        Found a perfect cup and decal! Excellent customer service. It was cold out. She opened door and let us come inside a couple minutes early! We really appreciated her kindness!
