Was having issues with my tires being out of balance while out of town. They were very helpful and fast!

I stopped by this morning with one of the vehicles from my fleet for a flat repair and a tire rotation and the helpful guys at this Discount Tire got me in and out in probably 20 minutes or less. I was able to hang out in their lobby and review my emails for the morning and just like that my van was ready! Thanks guys! I'm super excited to have a Discount Tire in Lincoln!

This all happened over a 4 week period of having my tire. - Incorrectly told me how to measure my rim to see what I needed. - Forgot to order the rim for over a week once we figured out what we did need. - Lost my lugnut so they couldnt even tell me what I needed for replacement. - Finally admitted to losing my lugnut after they told me they had ordered replacements. - Misquoted me by over $40. - I ended up ordering lugnuts online after they lost the one I gave them and of course didnt discount anything or give me the price I was quoted at the start. - I asked if I had done something wrong in the way about doing this and the guy said it was 100% on them. I already filled out your form so I look forward to talking to someone when you get to it. This is the worst experience Ive had in dealing with something seemingly so simple.
