They notify me they were on their way and when they arrive properly want to work on the hot tub. It was almost as if they knew what was wrong with it had it repaired in less than an hour and showed me the circuit board that had fried.. After buttoning the hot tub all back together and they explained to me what all they checked.

My family and I were in the market for a hot tub and after visiting a bunch of locations and stores for various brands we finally chose Bonsall Pool & Spa. We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a Hot Spring Pulse! Matt (our Sales Professional) was absolutely awesome! He had answers for all of our questions and navigated us through the buying process quickly and easily. He has followed up multiple times post purchase to ensure we were enjoying the hot tub and if there was anything else he could help with. I can't recommend him and the staff enough. Additionally Chris was a fantastic installer and was able to get everything configured and setup in a timely manner when the hot tub was delivered!
