Mower Medic of Nebraska

Dropped my mower off in November and asked for it to be ready by April for the season. When I hadn't heard anything all winter, I called in mid-March and was told that they were having trouble getting parts. I also learned that they hadn't even started the smaller repairs that I had requested. Got the mower back in mid-May, but am now realizing that the things that needed repair weren't fixed properly and the mower runs worse than it did when I took it in the fall...likely a product of it sitting outside of their shop all winter. Very friendly folks, but that doesn't make up for a job poorly done.

The owner Kim Bate is a great guy and has a popular business as when I was there it was a steady flow of people bringing in their lawn equipment for repairs and or tune ups he obviously has a very reputable business.

Had them pick up my snowblower for a tune up last winter. Was told I needed a new carburetor. Had him replace it but never heard back. Had to drive to his house to get it back. Only used it twice after it was repaired but it ran really rough after the carb was changed. Took it to another repair facility last week and had to replace the inferior carb that Kim had installed. Now it runs like new. Taking it to Mower Medic was a waste of time and money for me.
