The chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich was really dry. The soup was very good.

I'm not one to write reviews hardly ever. But I'm very disgusted and disappointed with Big Red Keno West after dinner tonight. We went to grab some food and watch the basketball game. We were seated in a booth. I got up to go play some keno and I felt something wet on my leg right behind my knee/thigh. My first mistake was touching it, I thought maybe it was food that I could have sat in. I went to the bathroom to clean the yellowish brown substance off of my pants. Yall, I could smell it, it was literal poop. (Yes i thoroughly washed my hands several times.) There was actual poop on the seat of the booth. Of course by the time I got back to the booth I had seen that it was just a smudge left at that point. I ended up sitting on the other side with my friend. I didn't even want to eat but I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. I told both the waitress and the manager about it and all I got was a simple sorry. That's cool, whatever, but do you understand how many illness and diseases and God knows what else can be carried in POOP?! I really really tried to give this place another shot after being stalked by a customer from there one night but I don't think I'll be returning. Absolutely disgusting. Edit after return visit: Food was good, staff was friendly and took care of us. Seemingly clean from what we could see. Would be willing to give another chance.
