        You can call or text Arrow Capital about a problem and they will completely ignore you and or reply back with something that doesnt even answer or acknowledge my question. management is absolutely terrible! Ive been asking for a phone call from management now for almost a month and still waiting on that call. But they will send me messages about a $25. Payment. Im not even from Lincoln and this is the worst experience Ive ever dealt with while renting

        Arrow Capital issued a cancellation of lease notice after I told them of my intentions to form a tenants union after they raised rent over 50%. This is retaliatory and illegal. Unless you want to do business with an organization thats sole goal is to squeeze money out of its renters, I'd stay away.
