        I ordered pizzas three hours early, arrived to pick it up and the order wasnt started. I was not the only one whose pizzas werent ready when promised. Three other individuals were also waiting. For all of us this was not the first experience with mismanagement. This is the third time this has happened to me. This location on South 48th in Lincoln is the most poorly managed Caseys I have ever seen. I love Caseys pizza but wont be back. Im done with Caseys!!!

        Kitchen staff was very nice and remade our taco pizza after we asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on it, but when we got home, our taco pizza was not what we were expecting. One of the worst ones weve had, they put extra of everything, and they put the cheese on top of all the toppings, which made it cook very weird and fall apart on us. Not sure if the cheese on top is a new thing they do but it made it cook awfully.

        I sent my mom to pick up my pizza they stated they just started it and then 15mins so by and they tell her there was no order placed!!! Like who does that! I paid for my pizza! And never got anything ! Terrible customer service !!
