The staff were very helpful!! They have been amazing with filling and explaining my kiddos prescription, and so very kind to us. Will always be filling our prescriptions here!

A review of the poor customer service my spouse received at the Walmart Pharmacy Located at 3400 N 85th St, Lincoln, NE 68507 "I needed a refill of my emergency epinephrine pen. My doctor called it into the nearest Walmart pharmacy. When I got there, they told me it cost $277.75. I couldn't believe how much it had increased in price. When I got home my spouse told me that using my GoodRX card I could have purchased it from Walgreens for $112.75! I called up Walmart where I had just picked it up and asked if they could match Walgreen's price with my GoodRx card. They said they could not, that with the GoodRx it would cost more, $288.75. I asked if I could return the prescription. The manager said I could not, due to Hippa Laws. The pharmacy manager said once it leaves the building, they can not accept it back! They were not willing to match the cost of the competitor!
