Hy-Vee Pharmacy

Staff here has been too kind to our family over the years. I just got a refill confused with a prescription, and they graciously refilled it at closing time. Sure it can get a bit busy, but thats because with good service comes crowds.

Very nice staff. But prescriptions are frequently not filled or even available when they say they will be. I have had to wait for several days at times. I believe this is mostly due to worldwide shortages but no one will call and let you know. My advice is call ahead to make sure your Rx is there before making the drive.

Never a problem at this pharmacy. Even when drive thru was closed due to employee shortage (which they quickly filled w/very knowledgeable person)they came to my car to take care of me. Always make sure I understand all instructions on the meds and make sure no others questions. Very quick service even during busy times, they don't get flustered and try to rush you thru. Thanks to all employees.
