        Somebody had stolen tools from me on a jobsite. After a police report and a little investigation, this place had bought stolen items. Not only did they not vet the seller, the seller was a known criminal, yet these clowns still bought from the robber. I had to buy my own tools, which I rely on to make a living, back from these crooks. Don't do business with these criminals.

        Bought an item from them that I thought would work they were not willing to work with me to make the item work the item is basically wasted $150 at this point

        Prices are insultingly high. Typically match retail. The entire attraction of a pawn shop is buying items for half price or LESS. There is simply no value here. Especially don't deal in silver or gold here, they dont even consider spot price for their items. What a joke. I'm not buying a one ounce gold coin for 4k when the spot price of gold is 1850 LOLOLOL

      All pawnshops in Lincoln work in collaboration with the Lincoln Police Department to maintain a database of items being brought into pawnshops, stolen items, and individuals that are not allowed to do business with pawnshops. All items and the individuals pawning the items are checked against the database. It’s important that people report their stolen items immediately to the Police Dept so we know it’s a stolen item. Ultimately you were able to recover the items that were stolen from you. It’s an unfortunate circumstance but you must seek restitution from the person that stole it. You will find all pawnshops handle it in a similar manner.
