        This place is a retirement home. Has nice residence, always clean inside and it's got the park setting close bye and downtown isn't far either . Pet friendly

        Apartments look deteriorated with minimal maintenance, strong smell and no hard floor for people in wheelchairs and old washing clothes machines. Elderly people deserve dignity and a better place to live with social interaction activities. No transportation during weekends for them

        No maintenance person, no manager (that stays). They fix some of the pavement but door locks need fixing. They did remolding but flooring is splitting.
