I purchased a piece of furniture at an estate sale and when I went back the next day (today) to get it, the staff was not helpful. I had to ask 4 times for the staff person to open the garage even when my relatives carrying the heavy piece were in the doorway to the garage. I had also asked if a staff member could help direct traffic of customers since we had to move the piece up from the basement and people were constantly going up and down. They said people usually get out of the way when they see people moving furniture. Well, that was not the case and we were constantly waiting or moving for customers. It would have been nice for the staff to help a bit. I understand its the customers responsibility to move the furniture but the staff could certainly help expedite the process! Not impressed with the service.

I have made changing spaces a weekly activity. I love how changing spaces does the online auctions (all year) the estate sales are also done amazingly. Thank you Changing Spaces!!!

When picking up won online items, one of the two items had been taken by some one else last fall on Wilderness
Ridge online sale. I' ll give you items
at another sale." she said. Was I believed when the red vase was missing ? NO !
Again, picking up a box of four items
at Changing Spaces address no one could find #160. Received a lot of DOUBLE talk, but no #160.
