Sunset Inn & Suites - Lincoln Airport

I have been here 3 months paid over $4500. The managers are rude. They treat you like you are below them. After 30 days they are not suppose to charge you taxes anymore still to this day I am paying taxes. I'm ready to take all my receipts to the better business bureau and check out of this place. I'm sure I can find another place to spend my money that will not over charge me. I wouldn't mind the taxes if staff was more friendly but to over charge and be rude not worth it.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I cannot emphasize enough this enough. Dirty, no security whatsoever as the external security mechanisms at the back of the building were ripped out. My room had no closet and no where to hang clothes. I only got 2 hand towels to wipe down with after a shower. Curtains ripped and a nasty ripped carpet. Stay away from this hotel. Disgusting. If my son hadnt laid down in the bed already and the weather was better I would pack and leave. Im still tempted to.

Did an online reservation last minute when I needed a place to stay. Guy at the desk was great, got my reservation figured out and got to the room. This place is pretty run down. 2 beds in my room, the one we slept on looked fine but was not comfortable by the time we woke up. The other bed had a massive depression in it. Like whole bottom half is caved in. Trim falling off the walls everywhere, toilet seat not remotely right for the toilet, shower curtain rod held up by wire, toilet leaked, door safety broken, etc. Owners need to put some of their cash into making the place at least halfway decent.
