Megan did an amazing job for us finding our perfect starter home! We told her what we would like to find for our first home and she did a great job showing us options and always keeping her schedule open for us when we call randomly to go tour a home. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to move to the Lincoln area. She is also a great negotiator and will go to bat for you and will find you the perfect home in your budget.

Megan was an amazing help in finding and purchasing my first home. She was very prompt with all of her responses to my countless questions. She took so much of the stress away of purchasing a home by being on top of scheduling inspections and keeping me in the loop of what was happening and what needed to happen next. She's also an amazing negotiator. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in Lincoln.

Holy moly is Megan an amazing realtor! My wife and I set out to buy our first home in early February. Megan met with us and explained not only the process, but at length, explained the contracts, laws, and all documents we would see. She answered all questions we had, let us mentally digest a while, and checked back in if we had more questions. If you're a first time homebuyer, this is so very helpful. When we went to house showings, Megan let us know what concerns she had on a house, taught us what to look out for, told us when a house was a good investment of our money, and let us know if she felt a house was priced too high or low. All the way along, Megan's communication and feedback was spot-on. She's in touch with what resources (e.g., grants) are available, gave feedback on insurance rates, home warranties, local laws, and so on. At the end of it, we got a house within our budget and timeline. If we ever buy another home, we want Megan again. I highly recommend Megan to both first time homebuyers and those who've gone through the process before. She will be your advocate, advisor, and your ally all the way from the start your process to closing.
