I did not know Dylan before the process of selling my rental property began, but I truly believe it was not a coincidence that we connected. I originally thought I would go with one of the big Realty companies, but no one couldve given me as much personal attention as I got. Dylan communicated with me often, researched leads from other people and contacts he had. He ran over and showed it on his own time and handled the whole process for me. He never made me feel like I had a dumb question And he always answered my phone calls, no matter what time of the day it was. You dont get that kind of service from everyone! He even brought his own snow shovel and checked to be sure the sidewalks were always scooped. Probably the thing that touched my heart the most was after the closing he brought me a canvas photo of my house (it was bittersweet selling my rental as it had been in my life 30+ years-Longer than some of my children lol) I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property. You will be blessed if you do.!
