Jared was amazing helping us sell our first home and then guiding us through the process of building our next home. We were unsure when would be the best time to sell our home and also what additional improvements we should do prior to listing. Jared advised us on both and listed our house at the perfect time, which got us a great return on our investment. We met Jared by chance at an open house. What immediately struck us was his straightforward demeanor, no performance, just honest takes on current market conditions and what options Buhr offered. Jared's introduction was a deciding factor in why we built with Buhr. Jared is very knowledgeable and made great use of social media in selling our home. He also used a drone to obtain video of our home and neighborhood, which I believe was beneficial in the sale of our house. He said he could sell our home over a weekend and he delivered.
