My whole family has been bringing our vehicles here for nearly a decade. We used to get great service but that has gone downhill drastically lately. I brought my vehicle in asking to have the check engine code read and was fine leaving it because they were very busy. They took it upon themselves to charge me $150 for the code and claimed diagnostic labor that gave me the exact same info. This is the second time in a row my family has experienced this kind of situation. We will be looking for a new regular mechanic. Edit: I've since called 3 other local mechanics. They all said that quicklane was misleading me and that they would have the same info just running a scan that is free. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Not a quick lane biggest lie out there came to get a patch in my tire and it seemed like they wouldnt take my truck in till there were no fords that needed work since I have a Chevy its ridiculous I recommend waiting till a weekday with a real tireshop

I recently moved to Lincoln and decided to give this business a chance since it was convenient to where I lived. I had gone in for minor issues with my car and I was very impressed with their customer service and timely manner and the honesty of fixing the issue. They gained my trust and business just on my first visit! I recently took my car in for another small issue and I had also mentioned a "service shifter" issue that was on my dashboard. To make the long story short and to keep the privacy of my issue, the service Manager, Ryan Lavigne, kept me informed as to the progress of the repair, was very professional, attentive, detail oriented, and never made me feel that my concerns were invalid. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing but AWESOME! It was apparent he valued me as a customer and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve the issue and provide the best customer service I have ever endured. Since my last visit, I have moved across town but I will definitely be back to have my vehicle serviced at Quick Lane and will recommend Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center at 3201 Yankee Hill Rd because of the amount of respect I was given on my last visit. Thank you Ryan Lavigne, for your outstanding service, God Bless you and your staff! I truly believe you deserve more than a 5 star review and it was an honor to get the privilege to work with a manager that truly wants to grow an honest and successful business while continuing to be loyal to devoted customers who trust in his business. I had a pretty significant mixup in my cost of service/authorized services compared to what I was quoted. After bringing it up to the manager, we sat down and walked through everything and I had a very favorable outcome after he recognized a mistake. I appreciated his time to sit down with me and make sure my needs were met when they could have just dismissed me. Though it was frustrating at first, they showed integrity by righting the wrong and making sure I was valued as a customer. Ill be back!
