        Terrible billing practices. Threat of collections 8 months after original bill was paid by insurance. Seems to be the norm here. What a joke.

        We received a bill and we have also received a bill from Bryan Health for the same services. Im already paying Bryan health and this bill came 4 months and 4 payments after I set a payment plan with Bryant health

        Same as everyone else on here. But I was fortunate enough to get a letter saying I'd be sent to collections if the bill wasn't paid by December 2nd (4 days from now, and also my amount due was 22 whole dollars). I called immediately to make the payment, got placed on hold, and then my call was picked up by 3 different people who were all not in the billing department, nor could they help me by taking my payment. So I got placed on hold again by all of them. I finally gave up and hung up, and then scanned the QR code on the bill and eventually was able to pay through that. I think they DESPERATELY need to get their billing figured out, it is a very common complaint on here.

      We are sorry for the hassle. I have spoken to our billing office about this issue. The amount reported to the collection agency was more than what you stated. Multiple statements were sent out, to the same address the collection notice was sent to. We did not receive any returned mailed which would lead us to believe we had the wrong address. Your insurance company should've also provided you with an explanation of benefits which would detail any amount you owe. Our billing office tells me they reached out to you this morning and left a voice message. Please return their call so they can help you resolve this.

We do not have any billing records for a patient by your name and we also do not have any records of reporting a patient by your name to our collection agency. We are happy to help get this resolved.
