My wife and I first came into contact with Scott through a realtor we were using. We didn't find a house at the time, but later came across a house FSBO. We knew that we weren't going to request any repairs, so we decided to deal with the seller ourselves. Our plan to not ask for anything from the seller ended when the appraiser came back with a few things that needed fixed . Scott was able to communicate with the seller and coordinate all the repairs that needed to happen. While it took a little longer for us to close because of the needed repairs, all the repairs were coordinated to happen during the same week. Scott then arranged for all the re-inspections that needed to happen and was able to help us negotiate a quick closing after the house passed appraisers inspection. We are very appreciative of all the extra work Scott took on to get us into our home and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage.
