WiFi has been down for my entire stay so I could not do any work, staff has no idea when it will be fix. Rooms are okay definitely outdated. Staff is friendly and is in a nice location for food/groceries.

This is a very nice place and Alex and Fatima are very helpful and are kind spoken and always greet u with a smile I would definitely stay there again

Rooms are very outdated and not clean. The hotel is old, but thorough cleaning and a little TLC could go a long way. Wallpaper is falling off the wall in the first floor hallway, carpet in elevator is gross, walls of elevator were also dirty. Hallways smell musky. The beds in the room squeaky and mattresses were not comfortable. Toilet was stained. One of our beds had a wet spot on it, that we didnt discover until it was too late to switch rooms. The refrigerator was a good size, however it froze everything we put it in which ruined quite a bit of food. When we called the front desk to express our concerns, they responded that the hotel was 20 years old and was getting ready to be renovated. Thats not a helpful comment for a guest thats currently staying at your property. When we were leaving with a huge luggage cart, two employees at the front desk had their backs turned to us and didnt even acknowledge or make an effort to thank us for our stay. Im surprised this property is allowed to advertise itself as a Marriott property. Very substandard for your brand. Definitely not worth the $170 charge.
