        I dont know where to start besides that I have never been happier with a home than the one built by Victor. The quality of work done is so far above the standards you cant measure it. He goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect as if it was his own home being built. He also will make sure that if there is a problem it is taken care of swiftly I barely got off the phone and the contractor was calling to fix a small problem that was not really even worth mentioning. The realtors also go the extra distance to make sure you are happy. Overall if you are in the market to have a house built or are looking at a home built by Simply Home Builders you can be assured it is a home built with the highest standards in mind and you wont be disappointed! We are already planning to have Victor build our next home!
