All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning

These guys bent over backwards to help my family. We woke up with it being extremely cold in the house on a Saturday morning. I called them up and they said they could be out in about an hour. We figured it would be a simple part that needed to be replaced but ended up needing to replace the furnace. They came back on the following Sunday to replace the furnace. Thought this company was amazing at first but then every year since 2018 when the unit was put in weve had water leakage into our basement they come out and they tried everything I asked them if they could replace the unit or if there was something malfunctioning They said no the unit was fine we had to move our son upstairs out of the basement room which is below the heating and air conditioning unit they replace the drop ceiling has totally caved in his bed its totally full of water all the furniture the floor everything has got mold in it this company has cost us thousands and thousands of dollars last year they said they would come and clean the mess up and replace all the ceiling tiles but all of a sudden then all communication stopped were still waiting for a response and now when I try to reach out to them they will not even respond to our phone calls if youre smart please dont ever use this company Service: A/C system repair

Five star service! Our air quit working on Memorial Day weekend. They offered me several times to come check our system that very day. Constantine was so professional. Offered text messages to let us know when he would be there. Right on time. Our filter was dirty so he got our system working and said no charge. Highly recommend them!
