Harbor Freight Tools

Maby not the highest quality tools that you could buy, however, they seem to do the job they were intended to do. They could use a bit more staff it seems, as there is a line to get to the cashier. A basic directory would be greatly appreciated as well Because the staff that is there are busy it can be challenging to find the right place for the tool you need. Overall worth the inconveniences. I recommend.

Sold me a broken cordless wrench will not warranty it or return it. Tina the manager is unwilling to work with anyone. Call customer service they said it was at managers discretion I've spent so much money with these people and now I have a $58 paper weight.

They got a lot of fairly nice equipment. People wanna rag on them but they're actually not a bad store for some okay tools

Went for some impact sockets. Socket area was completely empty, after alleged very busy weekend. The staff went out of their way to look in the back, see when things will be restocked, etc. They were very helpful in trying to find what I needed. They were out so I started towards the car. Just as I walked out the door, an employee came flying out of the backroom with exactly what I needed in her hand. It was awesome. Thank you Harbor Frieght!
