      Hello Max - we're sorry you didn't enjoy your previous shopping experience at our store. Unfortunately the reality on the ground at most of our stores means that we need to lock up many of our tools and outdoor power items. This is basically a standard policy at plenty of other retailers these days. We don't like it either, but we are left with few other options.
