Genesis Health Clubs – East Lincoln

Were current Genesis members & have been for over a year. This is, unfortunately, the closest location to our home. The quality of this club continues to decline - customer service & cleanliness are two of the biggest failings. Recently - we tried to use a guest pass for a visiting family member. The guest pass had been given to us by a former GM as part of our sign on bonus - the new GM declined to honor the guest pass because it was signed by someone who no longer worked at the club (though there is no expiration date) and said we werent entitled to guest passes as we are already members. A total customer service miss. There are multiple ways this situation could have been resolved but he chose the least client-friendly one. Clearly his priority is not his current members. We had been considering changing gyms but this recent less than accommodating interaction will likely seal the deal for us. They have their new GM to thank - he has a lot to learn about customer service. Its notable that the womens locker room is a constant mess. Equipment on the cardio floor has been in disrepair for months. The towels are threadbare and stained. I often answer the surveys sent by customer service but nothing ever changes.

I love Genisis Health Club.everyone is so nice and helpful. The gym is very clean .and I feel very comfortable when I'm there.they rate very high in my opinion. Jami Cass Tripe

Review by Anita (wife of James) Genesis on 70th & A St is GREAT!!! Many spacious areas for different kinds of workout activities. HUGE variety of equipment choices and LOTS of them available in every one of the exercise areas. All staff members are very friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and other amenities. Havent tried the smoothies, snacks or food options but when theyre cooking something it smells delicious. Gym activities look like everyones having fun while exercising or participating in special events. Its a FANTASTIC fitness center!!!

This place is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Kids club workers are amazing with my little ones. My daughter does Karate here. HUGE pool and hot tub, And the workout options are insane.
