Applebee's Grill + Bar

People of color do NOT need to support businesses like this. Walking in and waiting to be acknowledged is the first red flag but then as I waited NOT ONE SERVER came to the table. The older gentleman who acted as host seen me looking around and offered no assurance that someone would be with us. We waited 15 minutes to be seen before walking out. The older lady that appeared to be in her 30s was seating an older white lady and just looked on with no hint of sympathy. I really hope people of color stop supporting this business *The restaurant wasnt even busy

Went here on a Friday afternoon for lunch and I was very impressed with the service! The host Mike was very nice and friendly I cant remember my waitress name but she was extremely friendly and took our orders quickly I am very impressed with this location and will definitely be returning

My girlfriend and I waited about 20 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. Then about another 20 minutes to take our food order. Then about 30 minutes to get our food.

Our experience was unpleasant to say the least. Nasty and dirty.. From sticky floors to dirty dishes.. to watered down vodka..It was a slower time of day so there is no excuse! Just unacceptable in my opinion for this establishment. Updated- I did click on the link and fill out the form that was requested and did receive an email but that was it.. no one ever reached out.. no closure
