Ellen Deaver has changed my opinion about lawyers. She and her paralegal Drew Giordana were always available and willing to help.Ms Ellen told me what to expect and the steps we would take. She fought hard and got me a nice settlement. She was also very pleasant to speak with even when she told me things i might not want to hear.Drew was always extremely helpful, friendly and all around a great person. She took the time to talk to me even on those days where I was having a bad day. To sum it up If you want a team that will fight for you, treat you like a person and not a paycheck. You would be a fool not to hire Ellen Deaver and her team.

I was in a desperate state following a work related accident with extensive injuries. The work comp company for my employer was jerking me around. I found Travis Speirs name and gave him a call. On the first phone call I knew Travis was going to help me. He made a plan then and there. It has been all up hill with an outcome that surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Ellen Deaver and her paralegal. I needed representation when Workmans Comp wanted to close my case before I was healed from a head trauma. She explained the process and was informative throughout my case. Ellen was very professional and caring. They were willing to answer all my questions whether in the office or by phone. She also worked with my schedule since we are located a couple hours from the law office. Would definitely recommend Ellen Deaver to my family and friends!

Im embarrassed to say that this took longer for me to write then I wouldve liked. With that being said, I am more than pleased with Atwood law, and there team. Specifically Christa Binstock Israel, shes the best! I was wrongfully fired after work injury. She helped me, when other law firms turned me down or ghosted me. She kept me involved in every step of the way, and made me feel comfortable with decisions. If youve ever dealt with a work injury, or Workmens Comp. you know its a horrible, daunting and overwhelming process. Christa and her paralegal, were always kind, empathetic, and honest. She allowed me to heal, and do what I needed to do, while she handled business..and boy did she take care of business! Again. I am over joyed, and more than happy with the services at Atwood Law, and it would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
