Disgusting business. I was mortified when they called me and said they received a complaint from the sender of the flowers so they were coming back to my place of work to pick them back up. And they actually did. I want to preface this by saying I understand flowers ordered online and the flowers we receive are hardly identical, but this is a little extreme. Backstory: My fiancé who is currently in California placed an order for my Valentines Day flowers. When they were delivered to me I snapped a photo of the bouquet and sent it to My fiancé to thank him. He replied with wtf Is that? That is not what I ordered. As any person would, he got upset that he paid for a certain bouquet and size and had something delivered that wasnt even close. Him being away and not getting to spend. Valentines Day with me was bad enough, but when he had flowers sent to me he probably didnt realize that contacting them to question why my flowers werent up to standard was going to result in them taking the flowers back. It was embarrassing and degrading to say the least, but it was far more embarrassing on their end. If you want beautiful flowers and want to avoid the terrible service I experienced stay far away from this sad excuse of a floral company. Take a look for your self what was ordered, and what was actually delivered. 4 total pink roses, old flowers, broken flowers, and most certainly not even close to that it was supposed to look like.

Honestly was excited to order from them their catalog looked super nice. I was excited up until I received my order completely disappointed the flowers I received looked nothing like the ones I chose. I understand some flowers may not be available so they replace them with other ones that match the value you pay for I read that part. But tell me why I paid 115 for a deluxe boqoute and ended up getting 6 plain roses??! 115 for 6 roses and a balloon?? Could have got the same thing at Walmart for way cheaper and would have probably looked better they let me down

How is it that your Google reviews disappeared? I suspect that they may have been similar to mine. So, here it is again: I was furious when I picked up the expensive arrangement that I ordered from this place. I am not passive aggressive, so you can be certain that I looked them in the eye and expressed my disgust right then and there - no screeching, just honest disgust. Did they offer to make any changes on the spot? No, they did not, despite the fact that they claim to be professional florists. So take note; this is what you can expect. To choose an arrangement, you select a photo, and the agreement is that they will approximately replicate the photo. Be assured, this place will NOT do that. The sad, little thing that they put together looked like it had been hit with a powerful shrink ray and an ugly stick at the same time. The arrangement was for my husband's grave. Don't do business with these people. Go anywhere else - you'll be glad you did.
