        The customer service is top notch, all the way from the front desk to the technical staff. I purchased the Summit II lithium battery charger for my upgraded club car golf cart. I had questions on how to get the charger to sync with the new battery pack in my club car that was using the original onboard charger module. The technical lead, Bill, called me back while on his vacation to explain how to do the bypass procedure on the onboard ECU. I was extremely pleased and impressed, Lester truly stands behind its products and customers.

        Went online to order a part for my golf cart charger. Had a tech call me back with some great helpful information. I did purchase a part in order to repair my charger. Personnel were courteous, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Great company.
