Today, we used his services once again. His skilled employee was prompt, professional and most of all completed the repairs as needed.         I reached out via phone and on their Facebook page (which I saw that the owner or whoever runs that page saw my message) but never heard back. Simply responding and saying they are full would be helpful but not responding at all can be quite frustrating. This is simply a review on their lack of response and not on their work, as I was not able to experience that.
