Used to love going there and have been going for a few years. Got a text (thats right, text instead of the curtesy of a call) in December to reschedule my January cleaning. This was an appointment that I made in JUNE. I was told my hygienist was out on medical leave and they need to reschedule me but couldnt get me scheduled until MAY. I understand things happen but to reschedule me in May is really unacceptable. When I asked if any other hygienist could see me, I was told no and theyd let me know if a cancellation comes up. It was all communicated via text and it all felt cold and unaccommodating. Waiting an additional 5 months just isnt okay.

While I enjoyed Dr Drew and Dr. Doran, their insurance department was rude and condescending. They shared that they didnt have to take any insurance when I asked why they werent a Delta Dental Preferred provider. A crown in their office was double that in a Delta Preferred provider office. I hope the dentists are aware of their treatment of clients. I switched offices and they didnt care.

Great family dentist office. Our kids have no problems when going to the dentist - they feel completely comfortable! Dr. Andrew and his staff do a great job in helping them feel this way, even if they have to do some extra work like caps or fillings. Great for the adults too!

This is a special place . I am treated like I am a part of them . Dr Andrew Miller & Dr Jay Miller are excellent with their procedures. but are relaxed kind and watchful of my comfort. The staff and that word doesn't really describe them . What I like is that they are genuine kind and fun .

Worst dental office experience ever. Set an initial appointment for a consult which was a couple months later. They left a voicemail reminder on my phone to arrive early to do paperwork and bring my insurance card. Everything was great until I got in the dental chair. At that point a super rude woman with zero customer skills enters the room and says they are doing a consult and dental impressions. I'm still ok with everything as this will expedite the process. She then shakes me down for my full out of pocket expense as I sit in the chair with the bib on. When I tell her I don't have thousands available as I wasn't prepared to pay, she tells me I was told to have the cash and demanded at least half. When I advised I didn't have the half, she told me they couldn't see me and to reschedule when I had the money. Later I replayed the voicemail to be sure and nothing was ever mentioned to bring any payment let alone a full payment. Additionally I had to travel to Lincoln for the appointment as I do not live in Lincoln. Very disappointed in the experience!
