Rude. Unprofessional. Inconsistent. Lack any and all customer service skills. Scheduling is nightmare. No one ever knows what is going on and then they blame the patient/customer. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere where patients are truly valued. That's just the front desk experience.
Let's talk about the experience in the actual dental room. Bags of trash on the floor, food take-out containers with half eaten food on the counters. Really?!?! How is this okay? A dentist office should be one of the cleanest places. Again, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. . . where it's clean.

Unprofessional communication, received text message with details of my appointment and everything was fine, showed up on time but they said the appointment had been rescheduled due to not confirming it! Showed them the text message that I received, it clearly said nothing about confirming.. but it turned out that I had to click update to confirm it!! Which is very weird, why would I update my appointment if everything looks okay to me according to the text I received!!!!! Very disappointing and frustrating.

My step daughter went there for a cleaning and asked them to look at her wisdom tooth as it felt as though it was infected. She was experiencing pain, swelling, problems opening her mouth, etc. They said that it was just her wisdom tooth growing in. By the next day symptoms were worse and they didnt respond to the emergency call and they say on their website they take emergencies 24/7. We had to seek care elsewhere.

Worst dental office ever due to the lack of communication because the dentist was on vacation I had a misunderstanding. After getting cavities filled, root canal as I was waiting for a crown prep I apologized and the dentist was still rude. So I let her go because I wasnt going to keep getting pushed around. Shortly after I had a hole in another tooth and had jaw pain from chewing on one side. I had to take physical therapy for a 2 months. I went to hoops and hole to find a new dentist. After finding a new dentist They checked my mouth and said she missed 6 cavities and a sensitive tooth I needed another root canal. I had to do a year of paying out $1000+ on a payment plan to fixed my cavities and to fill a hole because she wasted my insurance rushing. I had to wait for my insurance to renew to get two crowns and a root canal. If could give Admire dental below 1 star I would.

Dr. Chilka is amazing!! She is fast and efficient. I can give an honest review because Ive seen her for years. I have given her a hard time for the simple fact that I dont have the best teeth. Each appointment is worth the 2 hour drive I make from my home town. She notices the small things from my hair cut to remembering convos. I recommend her to everyone!!
