These guys are QUICK to jab you $35.00 for any transaction that would make your account balance negative, whether they pay it or decline it. They run debits and ACH before they run deposits (as seems to be the norm for Nebraska banking these days.) But thier staff are friendly (most of them.) Becareful of the red head at 46 & R location.

One of the worst banks in town. Constant condescending attitudes and general financial incompetence. Just try somewhere else. Dude who set up my account was cool tho Update - A guy named Ryan Morris called me and asked me to take this down. Very interesting business practice. Ryan dont call again please. Check out the other negative reviews, attitude and aggressive/weird policy problems are a common theme.

I have banked with this bank since my parents opened my first account as a Junior account about 21 years ago. Since I have been an adult, or at least old enough to understand more about how money works(mentioning this because it started fresh out of high school with my first job), I have dealt with random fees, that seem very overpriced to me. I have also dealt with a couple scenarios where I was lied to about transactions, they are absolutely not willing to help make processes smoother when you live 2 and a half hours away, they require you to be in person for literally any transaction/change to your account, honestly this makes me surprised that the shared branch networking transactions work. I want to point out, sometimes they're nice, other times I can't stand their 'I'm better than you' attitudes. Of course I don't remember names, but its just ridiculous to feel like a quick number to them. I have waited to review this place because I always wondered maybe just this time, just this time, but I honestly have had a lot of mixed experiences, unfortunately its been more negative than positive. I haven't changed banks yet because I wanted so badly to believe all the positive I had heard. I wanted to be able to trust my family's opinion. When I finally move, I will have to look for a new bank because I dont think I can handle this bank and dealing with all the extra unnecessary stress, especially when they knocked us at our worst.
