        About 20 months ago I couldnt lift my head had shooting pain down my left arm and had to keep my arm straight up in the air to relieve the pain. I looked pretty silly walking into Jasons office but I knew I needed his help. I knew he could help as my regular Dr. would want to try meds or therapy. I can report I got relief although it took about 3-4 weeks and with weekly visits and now Bi-monthly visits I am in better spinal shape. I would suggest you try Chiro before you try the med/therapy route.
