I had the WORST experience yesterday when i stopped in to get a new phone. I had my tax return and wanted to treat myself to a new phone. When i walked in, there was no one there, so I greeted the guy sitting behind the counter, and asked if he had any recommendations, and HE FLAT OUT IGNORED ME! so i started browsing, and none of the phones would turn on, so i asked him if he could help me get them turned on so i can see which one i liked, and he mumbled "No, if they don't turn on, they don't turn on" ?????? soooo. i just picked one i liked by style. and a lower cost phone because i didn't want to spend the $ on something i couldn't even see/ try. When i told him which one i wanted, is the only time he got up from behind the counter to go grab the phone..... he sat back down, and i asked if he would be able to transfer my numbers over, and he said " it will take awhile" .......... when i went to pay, he said he doesn't think the CC machine is working, and i said i don't have any cash, and he said " not my problem" he got a few personal phone calls while he was checking out my order, . . . i paid using the debit machine, ( apparently it WAS working) he said he got my stuff transferred over.. so i left. when i got home, none of my contacts were in my phone. . . he didn't try and upsell anything to me, and because i felt so awkward i didn't even get the screen protector i wanted, or an extra phone charger. . . . . i WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN, its right by my house, so it really irritates me that i'm now inconvenienced to go to another location, i'm considering returning my new phone and switching carriers, it was the WORST phone buying experience i have ever had! WILL NOT BE BACK.
