Thanks to Tyler for the timely, professional blind repair. He arrived as scheduled and completed the repair within less than 30 minutes. He explained the work completed and showed me what to do if I experience an issue with the blind cord in the future. I've worked with the owner and her team on a couple of blind repairs. They care about their customers more than just a sale, but always want to ensure the project is complete and exceeds my satisfaction!
