        We provided a POA for father so we could be added to two CDs. The process took 1 hour and 40 minutes which consisted of 26 pages of manual forms to complete. This was extremely frustrating and unique only to this bank as have never in the past experienced such an awful process

        I had my worst disappointing experience with Wells Fargo banker at this location. Such rude attitude and terrible communication. My husband and I wanted to open a new saving account transferring from another bank, receiving email from WF about its new offer. We made an appointment with a banker at this location. The banker clearly and disrespectfully discouraged us, and when she learned we already knew anout the offer she refused to help us rudely after wasting our time she said to book another appointment online she didn't help us at all. We were left frustrated. reported her rude behavior to the branch manager. We would never step in this branch! I hope the bank can address these issues for better customer satisfaction.

        I have been a Wells Fargo customer since the early 1990s. I previously tried to withdraw money out of my account but this location would not accept my VA driver's license when we moved here. Yesterday, I went at 4pm to open an account for my youngest child and they said they did not have anyone available to open an account and that I would need to schedule an appointment to open an account. That seems fair except for the fact that two of their bankers that I could see were on their phones "dinking."

        I guess I have the worst luck at this branch. Everytime I come here I have to wait forever in line at a teller. Sometimes I just go thru to the ATM and it is out of order. I know when I am inside waiting each customer has there own agenda at the teller. Mayne put more than 1 teller up there. I will not be back at this location.

        I do like banking with Wells Fargo! The only problem I have is the hours! They need to have a couple of places open longer! For people like me that need later hours in the day! Their bank tellers are great!
